Flow Historic Windows is a very small business that is growing. Our goal is to meet the window restoration needs of the Greater Capital District while being a sustainable business and humane work environment. We have 4 day weeks, a living wage, and flexibility/creativity around meeting employee needs. We laugh off most mistakes, while at the same time striving to improve, and meet a high standard. We’re a diverse (neurodivergent, LGBTQ, multiracial, etc) workforce who respect each other.
These positions are less than 40 hours/week. They are, however, not a good “second job.” They are good as a primary income for folks trying to have one foot out of the rat race – Artists, Adventurers, Disabled, Parenting, Semi-retired, Anti-capitalist, etc.
Skills and qualifications do not need to be from formal employment or schooling. If you think you can do the job well, talk to me about it. We will train you in all our specific skills.
